By using Akinta you agree to these terms. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

The service

Akinta offers recreational anglers a bite score based on weather and sea conditions, a Shore Scanner, rig suggestions, length estimation and species identification from photos, a regulations summary, migration estimates, a boat window and a logbook.

Informational nature

• Bite scores and suggestions are guidance, not a guarantee of a catch.
• Length measurement is an estimate. An official check uses a ruler. If it's borderline or you're unsure, release the fish.
• The regulations summary is a simplified summary of Turkey's Regulation 6/2 on Recreational Fishing (No. 2024/21, as amended); it isn't legal advice. Provincial local decisions aren't covered. Complying with the rules is the user's responsibility.
• Weather and sea forecasts come from third-party models (MET Norway, Copernicus) and may be wrong. Your safety is your responsibility; don't go out on the water or onto rocks in dangerous conditions.
• Shore Scanner, currents, Live Migration Front and the boat window are model estimates, not observations. Depth data isn't for navigation. Checking access, private property and restricted areas is up to you. The boat window is guidance; the skipper decides and is responsible.
• Species identification from photos is a suggestion and can be wrong; confirm the species yourself before saving. The legal decision always uses the species you choose.
• The score that learns from you is a statistical estimate from your own entries only.

Akinta Pro

• Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app from the store.
• The subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; payment is charged to your store account. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple or Google policies.
• Safety and regulation information offered in the free version stays free. Nothing offered in the free version is taken away later.

Your content

Logbook entries and photos you add are yours and visible only to you. The app has no public sharing area. You share cards outside the app yourself, via the system share sheet.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
